關節類型(Types of Joints)：
關節類型分為六種：- 球窩關節 (Ball & Socket joint) －肩關節、髋關節
- 橢球關節 (Ellpsoid joint) －手腕的旋轉關節、指關節
- 鞍狀關節 (Saddle joint) －大拇指關節
- 屈戍關節 (Hinge joint) －膝關節、肘關節
- 車軸關節 (Pivot joint) －頸部第一及二節脊椎間關節、橈骨和尺骨近側關節
- 滑動關節 (Gliding joint) / 平面關節(Plant joint) －手掌掌骨間關節、肩鎖關節
